We offer spacious and welcoming homes, in a strategic position, with assistance and professional services to guarantee you a carefree stay.

The five of the apartments are located in the same building and offer various styles and options to satisfy every need, including large groups.
And if you are travelling with your 4-legged friend, talk to us, we will evaluate if it is possible to have your pet stay too.
We are always trying to meet the needs of our guests: we intervene quickly in case of problems, and we are available for advice and suggestions to better enjoy the city.

Our prices are also thoughtful, and include all expenses: electricity, water, gas, heating, air conditioning, wi-fi, condominium fees, garbage tax, VAT. Only tourist tax of the municipality of Bologna is requested at arrival.  Professional cleaning with scheduled linen change are included. Extra cleaning is always available on request.
