Belle Arti – A pizzeria restaurant you can always count on. (7 min walk) Via delle Belle Arti, 14

Il Veliero – Excellent Neapolitan-style pizza. (15 min walk) Via Milazzo, 11a

Altero – Bologna’s historical pizza al taglio, always good for a snack while visiting the centre. Present in three locations: Via Indipendenza 33c – Via Caprarie 3a –  Via Ugo Bassi 10.

Cremeria Mascarella – The nearest artisanal ice cream. (4 min walk) Via Mascarella, 30b
Cremeria Santo Stefano – The best. For us, it’s the best. Take care, look for the “Cremeria” at the number 70 only, not the “Vecchia Stalla” at S.Stefano 14, or the “Gelateria” at S.Stefano 174. (20 min walk) Via Santo Stefano, 70c
Gelateria Galliera 49 – Always delicious. (10 min walk) Via Galliera, 49b
Delizie Bolognesi – Their salty caramel will make you cry of joy. (20 min walk) Via Riva di Reno, 76f
Il Gelatauro – A very particular one you can’t miss. (15 min walk) Via S. Vitale, 98b
Bar Gelateria • In the middle of Cirenaica, one of the most characteristic surroundings out of the old town. (20 min walk) Via Sante Vincenzi
Stefino Organic Gelato – A great ice-cream made from raw materials from certified organic farming. (20 min walk) Via Luigi Serra, 3b
